Non molto a buon mercato ma sicuramente affascinante sarebbe recarsi in Norvegia per l’Øyafestivalen, quest’anno dal 7 all’11 agosto al Tøyenparken di Oslo. Sembra avere definitivamente abbandonato il rock ‘n’ roll il Field Day, ora a Brockwell Park sempre a Londra (1-2 giugno). I pochi act in cartellone che ci potrebbero interessare sono Moses Sumney, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Fever Ray, Mount Kimbie, Panda Bear, Thundercat. Se si vuole andare nella capitale britannica ad ascoltare musica dal vivo meglio il Meltdown (presso il Southbank Centre, lungo il Tamigi), che ogni anno affida la line-up a un musicista. Quest’anno tocca a Robert Smith dei Cure, che ha già assoldato Deftones, Libertines, Manic Street Preachers, Mogwai, My Bloody Valentine, Nine Inch Nails, Placebo, Psychedelic Furs, Church, 65daysofstatic, Alcest, The Anchoress, Kristin Hersh, Kathryn Joseph, Mono e Notwist.
